In response to the ramping up of lobbying by the nuclear industry following the closure of Hunterston B, this morning EPRi has joined Common Weal, the Nuclear Consulting Group, Scientists for Global Responsibility, the Scottish Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, and 100% Renewable UK in issuing a media statement challenging the Nuclear Industry Association's figures for the true cost of nuclear power.
