We are delighted to announce the launch of our new policy paper with our friends at Common Weal, Energy Performance Certificates - An Alternative Approach.
The paper was inspired by the number of times we've been asked "if not EPCs, then what?", and we would welcome comments from other experts and stakeholders as to how our proposed approach could be refined further.
