Laurie McKelvie, a building services consulting engineer and specialist in non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates, fills a gap in the team that we've been looking to close for some time and will enable us to further develop the proposals we set out in our 2018 Common Weal policy paper on EPCs, which was focused on domestic properties. A new policy paper based on Laurie's work on non-dom EPCs will be published in the next couple of months.
