Big congratulations to all involved in this - Gordon, Ron, Iain, Robin, Craig, and the rest of the Common Weal team, and to all those in Plaid Cymru and Welsh Labour who've worked across the independence divide to establish an asset-owning Welsh public energy company.
You can read the BBC's summary of what the company will do and how it will help Wales tackle climate change and fuel poverty here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-63392646
We may not have (yet) got such a company established in Scotland, but we've done it in Wales! Confirmation of our role came too late for the article I rushed out for Common Weal - https://commonweal.scot/welsh-ambitions-are-powering-ahead-of-scotlands/?vgo_ee=Ic7JOL7OVMULbmzbDpgKJJz3Ne9itcozNM2ufi79jqk%3D - but we can claim this one 😀
Cymru am byth!
